Cardiovascular Risk Assessment Tool

American College of Cardiology (ACC) and The American Heart Association (AHA) published a 10 year Heart Risk Calculator. The tool is designed to give people an insight to what their risk of developing heart disease is. Your results should be discussed with your primary care provider.

The tool is not intended for people who have already experienced a heart attack or stroke. The tool cannot reliably predict a risk for heart disease in people less than 40 years of age or greater than 70 years of age.
