Arrhythmia treatment (A-Fib plus)

Your leader for diagnosing and caring for patients with atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, flutter, and other abnormal heart rhythms.

Our cardiac electrophysiology physicians treat a wide range of electrophysiology through minimally invasive procedures that include mapping and ablation for rhythm abnormalities, such as atrial fibrillation (A-fib) or atrial flutter.

UM Health-Sparrow’s cardiac surgeons also treat arrythmia disorders with surgery options such as the Convergent Procedure, Left Atrial Appendage Ligation and Maze.

Treatment can involve remote monitoring devices, a full range of pacemaker and cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) devices, removal of leads, advanced mapping and ablation therapy, and a Device Clinic.

Syncope Testing including a tilt test or other testing to identify causes of syncope.
