Home Care

Home Care is a non-profit, certified home care agency serving the Mid-Michigan region including residents of Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Ionia, and surrounding counties since 1984. As the leading home care organization in Mid-Michigan, we work with you to find your best healthcare options and provide an uninterrupted continuum of care as you transition back to your daily life. 

You may be a candidate for home care if you have a new medical condition, recently underwent surgery, or are currently being discharged from a hospital/nursing home/rehab facility. Our services include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social workers, home health aide services, and more. 

Our caregivers provide and help coordinate the care that your doctor orders while keeping your doctor up-to-date on how you are doing. We update and customize your plan of care as needed and as authorized by your doctor. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Home Care is Medicare/Medicaid-certified and accepts most HMO and private insurances covering up to 100 percent of care. We are accredited by the nationally recognized accrediting body, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
