Stretches to Improve Your Mobility

What is mobility? It can be defined as “the ability to actively achieve extended ranges of motion.” Think of mobility as a blend of strength and flexibility, which makes up your total movement capacity.

Improving mobility may decrease risk for injury, enhance joint health and longevity, reduce pain and strain, and improve performance.

Try doing the following stretches three to five times per week to achieve better mobility:
