Sparrow raises over $1 million for Children’s Center

Published: June 2, 2014

The Sparrow Children's Center raised $1,011,714 through the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH), culminating with this weekend's 26th annual CMN telethon which aired live on WILX-TV 10.

Participants included News 10 anchors and reporters, as well as Michigan State University Head Football Coach Mark Dantonio, members of the MSU football, soccer and wrestling teams. And, of course, Sparty!

Will Dunneback III, 2 months old, was born 10 wks. early. Here he is with his father, Chad, and Sparty at the telethon.

Sparrow Children's Center has been the mid-Michigan Children's Miracle Network Hospital since 1988. All money raised locally to benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals stays in our community to help children served by Sparrow's programs and services. To donate, visit Sparrow.org/Foundation.
