Sparrow has named Michael Reinerth, an experienced leader in Human Resources leadership roles, as its new Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Reinerth is a longtime Lansing-area resident who comes to Sparrow with over 30 years of experience with General Motors in a variety of challenging HR positions. He has extensive experience in all HR functions.
As Sparrow’s Vice President and Human Resources Officer, Reinerth will be responsible for recruiting and hiring, training, development, Caregiver relations and creating high-performing teams.
Reinerth received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and his master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
