November 2025 Sparrow Spotlight - Noah Hamilton

Noah Hamilton, a talent acquisition specialist with UM Health-Sparrow Human Resources, is the recipient of the November Sparrow Spotlight award for his swift response during a medical emergency.

The incident occurred when a new team member experienced a medical episode during onboarding. Hamilton, who’s worked for UM Health-Sparrow for over three years, heard a call for help and immediately rushed to assist. He performed chest compressions until the individual began to recover.

“Whether we're in a clinical or a non-clinical role, we all kind of have that shared responsibility here to help provide the best care,” Hamilton said. “I think that's one of the unique, rewarding parts about the health care industry. Whatever our job responsibilities look like, everyone comes together in that collaborative effort."

Hamilton, who started at UM Health-Sparrow just two weeks after completing his undergraduate degree, said he enjoys working for the organization. “There is a lot of great leadership here,” he said.
