Bonnie Schafer, a Patient Access Specialist at Sparrow Carson Hospital, goes above and beyond to make sure our patients feel safe and welcome when they come to the hospital.
“We’re the first person a patient will see when they walk in the door and sometimes, they don’t feel very well,” says Bonnie. “So, it’s important to make this feel like a safe, warm, and comfortable place to be.”
