CHARLOTTE, Mich. – A free women’s expo focusing on health will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 8, at AL!VE, UM Health-Sparrow’s health park.
The community event is designed to inspire and support women of all phases of life. The expo provides a day of connection, education and engagement.
Attendees can explore hands-on wellness and educational booths, receive free health screenings and have real conversations with trusted medical providers. The event will also feature more than 30 local vendor booths.
To help guests fully relax and enjoy the event, free childcare will be available for children ages 2 and older for a two-hour period. No pre-registration is required for the event or for childcare.
“This event is a celebration of women's health in mind, body and spirit,” said a Kori Johns, creationaire for AL!VE. “It’s an opportunity for women in our community to connect with each other and with vital resources in a supportive and empowering environment.”
The event will be held at AL!VE, 800 W. Lawrence Ave., Charlotte. Anyone is welcome to attend, and no registration is needed. To learn more about the event, go to MyAlive.com.
