The study goal is to compare the rate of very good partial response or better in previously untreated participants with Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia (WM)/Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma (LPL) who are treated upfront with ibrutinib + rituximab or zanubrutinib alone versus venetoclax + rituximab regimen.
