Participants must have newly diagnosed squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous cervical cancer, Stage III or IVA. This study investigates the effectiveness of adding an Induction phase (IO + chemo) prior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy (CCRT) + IO in the treatment of high risk locally advanced cervical cancer.
