Participants must have newly diagnosed, pathogloically confirmed Stage III or IV ovarian cancer (includes high grade serous, high grade endometrioid, carcinosarcoma, & other epithelial ovarian cancer with BRCA1/2 deleterious alteration). Participants must have documented variant (tumor or germline) in BRCA1 or BRCA2 that is predicted to be pathogenic OR BRCA1/2 wildtype AND determined as an HRD deficient tumor.
