After your On-Demand Video Visit, the provider will send to the Sparrow Drive Thru Lab or one of our regional hospital lab partners for fast, efficient testing. See participating labs below.
After testing, you can head home and relax while our On-Demand providers review the results. After the test has resulted in MySparrow, the On-Demand provider will follow-up regarding your results and start treatment immediately, if needed. Results for RSV/FLU/COVID-19 will be available in MySparrow quickly, your On-Demand provider will send you a link to reconnect to your Video Visit to review the results.
